Shieling Holidays in Craignure offers wonderful camping and caravan facilities in a stunning location. The campsite on the Isle of Mull boasts breathtaking views of the sea, mountain and over the Sound of Mull and Loch Linnhe. They are perfect for a memorable holiday in this beautiful part of Argyll.
Most of their tent camper and caravan pitches enjoy sea views and astroturf pitches are provided to keep you warm and free of mud. Most of the tent pitches enjoy glorious views. 19 Shieling tents are available. All are beautifully tiled and carpeted. Situated in our 3 acre top field they overlook the sea. Eight of the tents have en suite facilities. 11 of the tents can sleep up to 6 people. The en suite and standard tents each share a basic camping kitchen area.
Shieling tents each have a basic camping kitchen area. All the Shieling tents come with the added benefit of having a multi-fuel stove. Our budget Shieling tents offer basic camping under a canvas. We also offer shared Shieling hostel tents and you can use the common room for a space to unwind in. In the common room, you will find a TV and board games.
BBQs off the floor are allowed in designated areas. They also have self-catering accommodation available in their cottages.
The campsite is within walking distance of the local pub and a hotel 1 mile away, available to use for an additional cost. Occasionally at the hotel, there is entertainment and a pool is available to use for an additional cost. The ferry port is 400 yards away. Lots of excellent attractions are nearby such as Duart Castle, Tobermory Distillery, Mull Museum, MacKinnon's Cave & Aros Park.
