Newlands Holidays is a family run park in Dorset. Nestled beside the world Heritage village of Charmouth, it is an ideal place for couples families and friends looking for a relaxing breakaway.

Onsite they have accommodation to suit all. So whether you choose to pitch your own tent, bring your motor home, enjoy glamping or stay in an apartment, they have it all covered.

If you fancy camping & caravanning, you'll marvel at our lovely landscaped park whilst taking in views of the scenic surrounding countryside. Facilities include modern & clean toilets, showers, laundry facilities and baby changing. Their shower blocks have underfloor heating and sockets for hairdryers etc. Guests have a choice of pitches including grass pitches with 10 amp electric hookups, premium hardstanding pitches with 16 amp electric, mains water and drainage for grey waste and hardstanding pitches with grass for the awning and a 16amp hook-up.

Fancy glamping? Why not try their camping pods, bring all your camping equipment except the beds and tent. Each wooden camping pod is 4.8m long x 2.44 m wide. They are fully insulated with double glazed patio doors and a small wooden porch which includes 2 attached boot boxes that can be used as seating benches on the porch area. They sleep up to 4. There is electricity with a light, a small heater, a double plug socket, smoke detector and carbon monoxide alarm inside the pod.

Why not relax in one of their modern, centrally heated detached pine lodges set in a woodland area. For the ultimate in holiday accommodation, they've introduced the spacious, luxurious 'Hampshire' to the range so there's sure to be a lodge to suit your needs and budget.

Static Caravans are a great choice, there's a choice of 5 models, the Seaton, Ottery, Regis, Broadchurch and the Bridport. All caravans have TV, full gas cookers, fridges, microwave, crockery and cutlery. Caravans are sited at the top of the park amid landscaped grounds where you'll enjoy spectacular countryside views across the valley.

’re the ideal base if you want to spend time in the historic town of Lyme Regis, known as ‘The Pearl of Dorset’. We’re also a stone’s throw from Charmouth beach, one of the very best places in the UK to find fossils and prehistoric remains – they don’t call it the Jurassic Coast for nothing!
