Bert's Kitchen Garden in Trefor offers a wonderful camping and glamping experience in an incredible setting. Surrounded by majestic mountains and close to the sea, this is perfect for an unforgettable holiday in Gwynedd.

There are 12 large tent pitches available in the gorgeous wild meadow field which boasts stunning views of the mountains. The campsite is ideal for city dwellers looking to enjoy a back to nature camping holiday. You can enjoy meeting new people around the communal fires and there is a communal camping freezer for ice blocks for your cooler.

Onsite there are free hot showers, luxury composting toilets, BBQs and even spare wellies for guests if it gets muddy. A pop-up gallery and camp shop are also available. Free herbal tea and hot chocolate is provided all day to warm you up on a chilly day. Fresh croissants and afternoon cakes are also available from the cafe on site.

This is an eco-campsite and the wonderful warm showers and sinks are designed to drain off the land. You can also enjoy the luxury of soaps, shampoo, conditioner and washing up liquid being provided for you.

You can enjoy a quirky glamping experience in the vintage Dutch Storm tents. Sleeping up to 4 people, these tents offer a fabulous alternative to pitching your own tents. Simply unwind and savour the view once you’ve arrived. The tents come with cotton camping mattresses, fairy lights and deck chairs. There is also one camper van pitch available.

In the summer delicious family-style dinners are provided on Saturday nights. The family-style dining experience is perfect for a magical evening under the stars with friends, old and new. Breakfast and afternoon tea is also available in the camp shop.
