Beech Estate Woodland Campsite is located in East Sussex near the historic town of Battle. We offer camping with campfires within an easy distance to London, and close to Brighton, Hastings, Eastbourne, Lewes and the South Coast.
The Campsite is located within the 2000 acre private Beech Estate; which sits in a classified Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (ANOB). The Campsite is nestled on the edge of a 600 acre woodland. The woodland offers limitless walks, forest rides perfect for mountain bike riding and areas within the campsite’s forest for children to make dens and run wild. Campers at the campsite have the exclusive use of the Estate’s woodlands, as there is no access for the general public.
Our lovely Bell Tents are set in the woods, each complete with it’s own campfire-pit. The Bell Tents offer our unique off-grid, holiday ‘wild glamping’ experience and are set apart in the trees giving solitude and privacy from the outside world.
Our Bell Tents offer a comfortable hassle free option, to enjoy real off-grid camping in our pre-erected and fully equipped bell tents. The Bell Tents come with a comfortable double bed, additional children’s beds, cooking equipment and tableware, chairs, picnic table, with an open fire, bbq grill and a firewood allocation.
